The Toy Factory’ is our new sustainability-first coliving hub and consists of 14 brand new apartments divided over 5 floors. All apartments are set up with high quality furniture and equipment. Apartment 2 is located on 1st floor and has 4 spacious bedrooms facing a quiet street, 2 modern shared bathrooms, dining area and a modern open kitchen. The living room has a spacious balcony attached which is facing the south. The building has a private garage in the basement where you have direct access to (e)bike, cargobike and car sharing services. Private parking lots are also available upon request (against an additional fee
